ARTICLE 1: APPLICATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the activity of the company SENSAS Paris, a SASU with a capital of \u20ac1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 878 710 797 00019, with its registered office located at 11 rue Lamack, 75018 Paris, and operating its business at the same address under the \u201cSENSAS\u201d brand (hereinafter \u201cSENSAS Paris\u201d).They are made available to any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website https:\/\/paris.sensas.top<\/a> (hereinafter \u201cthe Client\u201d) and set out the contractual provisions and conditions applicable to any booking made on this website. <\/p>\n\n

ARTICLE 2: ACTIVITY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

SENSAS Paris aims to design, organize, and market an educational team-based entertainment experience that allows participants to test and develop their five senses, within an educational and positive approach aimed at raising awareness of disabilities.The experience is produced at the SENSAS Paris venue located at 11 rue Lamarck, 75018 Paris. <\/p>\n\n

ARTICLE 3: ORDERS \u2013 BOOKINGS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Access to SENSAS Paris facilities and services is available exclusively by booking on the website https:\/\/paris.sensas.top\/reservation.html.<\/a>The Client selects the number of participants and the type of ticket desired (adult, child, or student, where applicable), then chooses a preferred date and time slot. The Client then enters their personal or professional details and proceeds to pay a deposit online by credit card in order to validate the booking.The booking is valid for a specific date and time only, and applies exclusively to the selected time slot. Bookings are subject to availability, which is updated in real time on the website https:\/\/paris.sensas.top\/reservation.html.<\/a>The booking becomes final only upon receipt by the Client of a confirmation email sent by SENSAS Paris.The Client cannot book a session less than 24 hours before the desired visit time. <\/p>\n\n

ARTICLE 4: PRICES \u2013 PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

4.1 \u2013 Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The prices indicated by SENSAS Paris are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of services without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n

SENSAS Paris reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on its website at any time.<\/p>\n\n

In all cases, the service will be invoiced based on the rates in force and displayed on the website at the time the Client made the booking.<\/p>\n\n

In the case of preferential corporate rates (not mandatory), this rate is only applicable if the number of participants is greater than 30 on the day of the visit.<\/p>\n\n

4.2 \u2013 Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For orders placed on the SENSAS Paris website, payment of the deposit validating the booking can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), or by SENSAS gift voucher. Any other payment method is not accepted. <\/p>\n\n

Regarding payment of the remaining balance on the day of the Client\u2019s visit, the same payment methods are accepted, as well as cash and certain payment vouchers such as holiday vouchers.<\/p>\n\n

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

When placing an order \/ booking on the SENSAS Paris website https:\/\/paris.sensas.top<\/a>, in accordance with Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.<\/p>\n\n

The Client may request to change the date and\/or time of the service at no extra cost. This request must be made by email to contact-paris@sensas.ms<\/a>, at least 7 days before the scheduled date of the service. <\/p>\n\n

If the Client\u2019s group has fewer than 4 people 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the service will still be charged for 4 people, and the Client will not be entitled to any refund.<\/p>\n\n

If the Client\u2019s group does not show up 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the service will be charged for the number of people indicated in the booking, and the Client will not be entitled to any refund.<\/p>\n\n

In the event of force majeure requiring the closure of the SENSAS Paris center on the date and time scheduled for the Client\u2019s visit, SENSAS Paris will issue and send the Client a credit note corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking.This credit note will take the form of a promotional code valid for one year, and can be used for a booking at the SENSAS Paris center. <\/p>\n\n
